For my Artist’s Eye on Spokane project where I painted at a different location every week for a 52 weeks, I got permission to visit the Paulsen Penthouse, the top floor of the Paulsen Building, an incredible Art Deco building downtown. This was painted with the wind whipping around me on a somewhat turbulent late March day. I’d like to vote for more new buildings to be decorated like this one, please!
