About Me

Hi! My name is Megan Perkins. I am an artist and teacher living in the Inland Northwest. Some of my earliest memories involve art. Going to the Philadelphia Art Museum to for summer camp, coloring with my mom (she recalls me agonizing over which coloring page I was willing to share with her) and cutting and scribbling on everything I could, sometimes to my parent's chagrin. My desire to make marks on paper, to get down the world around me has not lessened as I have grown older. In fact, one of my favorite ways to interact with the world is to document it and my life on any surface I can get my hands on: paper, wood, canvas, metal and more. I'd love to share that vision with you! I I am available for private instruction for kids and adults as well as commissioned work. Contact me!
