The Bing is an incredible historic theater in Spokane, not far from our other amazing theater, the Fox! They share more than proximity though-the muralist who painted the walls of the Fox Theater, also painted these romantic Italianate scenes on the walls of the Bing. This was painted with me sitting in one of the original wooden theater seats, my paints and paper balanced on a second. A little squishy, but I got it done!
