The Spokane County Fair is a tradition for many families in the Inland NW. There’s plenty to see-from rides, to animals, crafts, and food stalls. I sat on the grass and watched people climb into the “chests” of these giant bears (wearing overalls?!) and spin wildly on this carnival ride.
